Wholesale Inquiry
How to inquire
Use the form below. It is the primary contact path for this site, because the contact details on record are not consistent enough to publish a single phone number or a single email address as the confirmed current contact. Email domains on the supplier's own pages vary by page and purpose, and an older contact block from a product manual is not on the current store contact page. Sending the inquiry through the form avoids guessing which address is current, and the supplier's reply will establish the right channel for follow-up.
What to put in your inquiry
Name the accessory family and, where one exists, the exact product model, then the camera model it must fit, including the camera generation. A waterproof case, a cage, or a battery handle that fits one generation does not necessarily fit the next, and the supplier's answer should name the generation it covers. State the quantity band you are inquiring about, the market the goods are destined for, and any certificate document you need to see, and ask for the document rather than a claim about it.
Ask for the specification basis for any figure that matters to your order: which store listing or document the figure comes from, and whether it was measured, stated by the supplier, or stated by a third party. Ask for the commercial terms in writing, including what warranty and return terms apply to a wholesale order rather than a retail store order, since the retail store terms on product pages are not wholesale terms. Ask the supplier to confirm the operating contact for your order in the reply, so later messages go to a confirmed address.

What to confirm before ordering
What to confirm before ordering: ask the supplier to confirm the exact model and camera fit, the specification basis for any figure quoted, current availability, and the commercial terms for your order. Put the camera model, the accessory model, and the quantity band in your inquiry so the answer can be checked against the listing.
